Original Spread: In the Mood for Love

In the Mood for Love Original Spread I developed this spread for those querents who are not currently involved in a relationship, but are curious about their love life. This is a very good alternative to the Celtic Cross, as it specifically looks at where a person is at with regards to love, romance, intimacy, etc. The spread determines whether or not a person is truly ready to enter into a new relationship, what attitude needs to be changed, what might be holding the querent back, and it also provides a glimpse of what is likely to occur in the near future.
Uses 8 or 9 cards

Card One: openness to love, ability to love, in the present
Card Two: hopes and desires, what querent is truly looking for
Card Three: attitude of the querent that must change
Card Four: what is holding querent back, outside influences
Card Five: querent's true potential for love

Cards Six, Seven, and Eight all refer to the future.
Card Six: what to look for emotionally
Card Seven: what to look for physically
Card Eight: outcome, answer

Card Nine: soulmate card - interpret carefully (this card is optional)
